Official | Coventry City sign Yann Gboho from Toulouse Coventry City have signed Ivorian winger Yann Gboho (25) from Toulouse FC. The move was completed, despite the closure of the transfer window on Tuesday. The move to the newly promoted Premier League side comes after the winger’s move to Kansas City broke down. Foot Mercato understands that a deal was also agreed with Coventry City before the closure of the transfer window, hence why it has now been completed, despite the window having been closed for nearly 72 hours. The fee has not been disclosed but is reported to be around €15m. The winger had just one year remaining on his contract with Le TéFéCé at the time of his sale. Since arriving at Toulouse back in January 2024, he has scored 19 goals and registered 12 assists across 89 games in all competitions. In his two games for Toulouse this season, Gboho has registered one assist. He did not feature against Lille OSC on Thursday night. GFFN | Luke Entwistle
