Serie A: Roma vs. Atalanta – Probable line-ups and where to watch on TV Either Roma or Atalanta will see their perfect starts to the 2026-27 Serie A season come to an end on Saturday evening as the Giallorossi host La Dea in an early top-of-the table clash at the Stadio Olimpico. Kick-off this evening is due at 19.45 BST. Gian Piero Gasperini’s side sat at the top of the Serie A standings at the end of the second round of fixtures last weekend, having picked up back-to-back 4-0 victories over Fiorentina and most recently Lecce at the start of the new campaign. Maurizio Sarri has also got his reign as Atalanta head coach off to a winning start with victories at home against Sassuolo and Bologna in his first two league matches in charge. Team news There had been concerns in the Giallorossi camp earlier this week that Paulo Dybala was at risk of missing out for the visit of Gasperini’s former side on Saturday evening. Matias Soule is the likely option to join Malen and Rodrigo Mora in attack if Dybala starts on the bench. Evan Ndicka was not involved against Lecce last weekend but is also pushing to return to the starting XI and could replace Daniele Ghilardi in the back three. Summer signings Santiago Castro, Nahuel Molina, Marten De Roon and Kostantinos Kouulierakis are likely to start on the bench. Maurizio Sarri could hand Franck Kessie his second Atalanta debut on Saturday evening, but the Ivorian is most likely to be introduced from the subs bench in the second half.  Jonathan Rowe could also be introduced for his first Dea appearance following his €40m move from Bologna .
