Suzuki Gets 7.5, Kamara With 7 | Aston Villa Players Rated In Lackluster Draw Vs Hull City Aston Villa locked horns with Hull City at the MKM Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a positive result on the road in the Premier League. The Villans made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break. Unai Emery’s men tried their best to make the breakthrough in the second half but had to settle for a lackluster 0-0 draw away from home. Let’s take a look at how each Aston Villa player fared during the clash against Hull City. GK: Zion Suzuki – 7.5/10 Suzuki made a few solid saves at the back and did enough to keep a clean sheet this evening. RB: Matty Cash – 6.5/10 He caught the eye at times on both halves and was replaced in the 84th minute. CB: Victor Lindelof – 7/10 Lindelof cleared his lines when needed and was good on the ball. CB: Tyrone Mings – 7/10 He put his foot through the ball when he could and was a threat at the other end of the field. CM: Boubacar Kamara – 7/10 Kamara anchored the midfield well for Aston Villa but offered very little in the final third. CM: Ross Barkley – 6.5/10 He managed to shine at times on both ends of the pitch. RW: John McGinn – 6/10 McGinn worked hard defensively but lacked quality inside the Hull City half. CAM: Emiliano Buendia – 6/10 He was quiet for most of his time on the field. LW: Greg Hemmings – 6.5/10 Hemmings caused a few problems for his marker but didn’t do enough to register a goal. ST: Nicolas Jackson – 6.5/10 He managed to cause some headaches for the opposition defenders but failed to find the back of the net.
