Truro City leave it late to beat Chesham

The Tinners fell behind after five minutes when Alex Babos' low strike from the edge of the box squirmed in past Truro goalkeeper Aidan Stone. But Truro controlled the game and eventually equalised through Tyler Harvey's back-post strike from a 42nd-minute corner. However, it was not until the 85th minute that Truro went ahead as Will Dean curled in from the edge of the area. New signing Omar Bogle sealed victory in stoppage time with his second goal in three games. "In the end it was a good win, frustrating at times but I thought the players did really well considering the start we had and controlled the game pretty much throughout," Askey told BBC Radio Cornwall. "You're always hoping that with all the pressure and the chances that we missed that eventually one would go in. "It was a little bit of quality by Will that obviously got us a goal ahead and Omar coming on again, a little bit of quality and has seen us through." The win was Truro's fourth of the season and moved them up to fourth place in National League South. They are three points off leaders Maidstone United with a game in hand after six matches.
