Confirmed: Barcelona starting lineup against Feyenoord | UEFA Champions League After making an excellent start to their La Liga campaign, FC Barcelona will be aiming to carry that momentum forward as they get set to begin their UEFA Champions League journey later today. The Blaugrana take on Dutch side Feyenoord in their first European league phase game of the season at the Spotify Camp Nou, targeting another victory to make it five in five in all competitions in 2026/27. With kickoff little over an hour away, manager Hansi Flick has now announced the Barcelona starting lineup that will be taking the field against Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men. The manager has made as many as five changes to the team that started against Valencia in La Liga last weekend. The first change is a forced one as Jules Kounde replaces the suspended Eric Garcia at right-back. Meanwhile, Joao Cancelo makes his first start this season, coming in at left-back in place of Xavi Espart. There is another alteration in the backline with Andreas Christensen taking Gerard Martin’s spot as Pau Cubarsi’s centre-back partner. Joan Garcia continues in goal for the hosts. In midfield, the pairing of Rodri and Pedri has been kept intact by Barcelona, but in-form attacking midfielder Fermin Lopez has made way for Dani Olmo in the lineup. Further up the pitch, Karim Adeyemi starts in attack, coming in for fellow summer arrival Anthony Gordon. Captain Raphinha and Lamine Yamal retain their usual spots in the team.
