Arsenal starlet Max Dowman is back showing his brilliant best ✨ Arsenal's teenage sensation, Max Dowman, burst onto the scene in recent seasons, and he is back among the goals against Ipswich in the EFL Cup this evening. The 16-year-old made his first start of the season for Mikel Arteta as the Arsenal boss revealed that his work in training this week "merited a start". And he has rewarded the faith of his manager in stunning fashion. It took Dowman just seven minutes to show why he is hailed as one of English football's brightest young stars, jinking through the Ipswich defence before slotting home the opener. The Gunners are clearly drip-feeding the teenager first-team experience, but what we have seen so far is potentially the start of something special!
