Dowman Gets 9, Madueke With 8 | Arsenal Players Rated In Dominant Win Vs Ipswich Town Arsenal faced off against Ipswich Town at Portman Road earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the EFL Cup. The Gunnners made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the seventh minute when Max Dowman got his name on the scoresheet. Noni Madueke doubled his side’s lead in the 16th minute as Mikel Arteta’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline. Dowman scored again for Arsenal in the 47th minute before Mikel Merino joined in on the goal-scoring act in the 58th minute. Anis Mehmeti got a goal back for Ipswich just four minutes later. Chuba Akpom found the back of the net in injury time as the Gunners cruised to a dominant 4-2 win away from home. CM: Bruno Guimaraes – 7/10 Guimaraes anchored the midfield well and was good on the ball.
