Official | Lille goalkeeper Arnaud Bodart joins Le Havre Le Havre AC have officially announced the signing of Arnaud Bodart (28), who will wear the number 16 shirt for Les Ciel et Marine . A free agent since the termination of his contract with LOSC Lille, the Belgian goalkeeper has signed a one-season deal with the Normandy-based club. At HAC, Bodart will be tasked with stepping in following the serious injury to Lionel Mpasi (32), the usual first-choice goalkeeper. A product of the Standard Liège academy – a club for which the Seraing-born player made 190 professional appearances, keeping 47 clean sheets and conceding 262 goals – the 28-year-old joined FC Metz in January 2025 and helped them secure promotion to the top flight. Signed by LOSC last summer, Bodart never managed to establish himself there, making just five appearances during the 2025–26 season. A former Belgian Under-21 international, the goalkeeper has yet to earn a call-up to the senior side, although he has been on the bench for the Red Devils on six occasions during his career.
