Key a doubt as Swansea face different challenge

Josh Key is a major doubt for the trip to Sincil Bank with the hamstring injury he suffered during last weekend's win over Burnley. That means a probable start at right-back for Filip Lissah as Swansea prepare for a physical battle against last season's League One champions. "Lincoln have a really specific way of playing, really competitive in every situation," said Swansea head coach Matos. "They are quite a direct team with really strong structure to catch a lot of second balls. "We know which kind of game we're going to face. They are a team with proper physicality, with a proper heart and passion on the pitch, so we need to be ready for that." They now face a Lincoln side who have been something of a surprise package in the early stages of their first second-tier campaign in 65 years. Having lost their first two Championship matches, the Imps have put together a five-game league unbeaten run to climb into the play-off places. "We need to be consistent in our way and be able to play against every type of opponent. That's what we're going to try," Matos added. "It's going to be a really hard game in a lot of ways, but that's something that we are working on and analysing to do our best." The loss of Key, Swansea's one out-and-out right-back, would be a blow to Matos given his promising start to the season. The 26-year-old has featured in all but one of Swansea's league matches this season but has not trained this week. "We are waiting for another scan to really confirm what's there," Matos said. Ross Stewart also remains sidelined by a quad injury, with the Scotland striker hoping to return to training during the upcoming international break.
