Andre-Frank Anguissa can leave Napoli, confirms sporting director Serie A side Napoli have been struggling regarding a renewal for Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and there are signs an exit can go through soon. The Partenopei take on Fiorentina in a league clash today and sporting director Giovanni Manna spoke to Sky Italia. He was asked about the midfielder’s future, especially as the Cameroonian’s contract in Naples runs out in the summer of 2027 and there have been no signs of a possible renewal. Manna said that his Napoli exit could be on the cards and they would part ways happily, if no renewal is signed. He said – via Di Marzio : “Anguissa’s contract renewal? I spoke to Frank. He’s fine, he’s focused. If we find a solution, good, otherwise there won’t be any problems separating us.” Manna also clarified that the midfielder has the support of the club to turn things around this season. “He’s still in the season, he had a small niggle, but he hadn’t played since November. Last year he had major problems, we have faith in him and he knows we have faith in him.” Zambo Anguissa has played three games in the league this season and there were attempts to renew his deal even in the summer.
