Kone hurt in QPR development squad game
QPR striker Richard Kone was substituted less than 30 minutes into a game for the club's development squad on Monday. The 23-year-old, who was QPR's leading scorer last season, has made only four first-team appearances this term without a goal. He picked up an injury against Middlesbrough on 5 September and made a return against Bolton's Under-21s. However, he limped out of the game after being hurt in a strong challenge, in a match which Bolton's youngsters won 3-1. The nature of Kone's problem is not yet known. All the latest QPR news
