Meanwhile, Sevilla came from behind to beat Costa Adeje Tenerife 3-1 in a game that produced two saved penalties. The forward leapt high in the box to meet an inviting corner and produced a precise header to beat former Eibar goalkeeper Eunate Astralaga.  Like Eibar, Atlético Madrid required just one goal to claim three points at the weekend. Allegra Poljak scored the decisive goal against Logroño United in the 20th minute. Sent through on goal by Fiamma’s defence-splitting through ball, Poljak poked it past the onrushing goalkeeper to score in a second straight game. There were no more goals, but there was a return for Jenni Hermoso, who featured as a 55th-minute substitute in her first appearance since returning to Atleti. Real Sociedad, meanwhile, are still searching for their first win of the season despite playing the majority of their away clash against Badalona with a numerical advantage. Goalkeeper María López Valenzuela was given her marching orders in the 33rd minute for a dangerous challenge on the edge of the box that also denied a clear goalscoring opportunity. Real Sociedad thought they had found the breakthrough in the second period, only to be denied by a somewhat controversial offside decision.
