He also knows English football intimately, having previously managed Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur. The 57-year-old won the Premier League and FA Cup during his spell at Chelsea. He later led Tottenham to a top four finish, before being sacked as manager following a stunning rant against his own players and former club chairman Daniel Levy. Conte’s CV is certainly remarkable, but he is a notoriously combustible coach who has repeatedly fallen out with his employers.
