Defender Dean signs new Truro City contract
Truro City defender Will Dean has signed a new "multi-year" contract with the National League South side. The 26-year-old first joined the club on loan from Exeter City in the 2019-20 season before making the move permanent in the summer of 2021. Dean was part of the Truro side that won promotion from the Southern Premier League in 2023. He went on to help the club reach the National League for the first time in their history two years later. Only fellow defender Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain made more appearances in the fifth tier for the club last season than Dean, who started 39 matches and made another three substitute appearances.
