McTominay close to Napoli return after heart procedure Scott McTominay is on the verge of a return for Napoli after completing his recovery from a heart procedure. According to Corriere dello Sport , the Scotland international will go through his final medical checks today and tomorrow to regain his certificate of fitness for competitive sport, which every player in Italy needs.
