Revealed: Roma offered €25mln for Flamengo’s Samuel Lino Roma reportedly attempted to bring Samuel Lino back to Europe during the last summer transfer window. This is according to Brazilian website Coluna do Fla, which reports Flamengo’s firm rejection of Roma’s offer. From Brazil, in fact, reports suggest that the Giallorossi club made a €25 million offer to Flamengo, which was promptly rejected by the South Americans. Tony D’Amico tried to convince Flamengo to sign Samuel Lino, a name that’s no stranger to the Giallorossi. Last summer, the Giallorossi had already attempted to bring the Brazilian to Trigoria, but to no avail. At the time, Lino played for Atlético Madrid, but ultimately chose to return to Brazil, to Flamengo, the club that this summer reportedly rejected Roma’s €25 million offer for the striker.
