Could Real Madrid’s Endrick return to Lyon?

Could Real Madrid’s Endrick return to Lyon? Endrick (20) had a successful second half of last season on loan at Olympique Lyonnais. Struggling for game time at Real Madrid, he joined Paulo Fonseca’s side in January and would go on to score eight goals and register eight assists in 21 games for Les Gones. His form in Ligue 1 would earn him a place in Brazil’s squad for the FIFA World Cup, although he was sparsely used by Carlo Ancelotti. Returning to Real Madrid this summer, the forward has struggled to push on. In all competitions, he has made just one substitute appearance. Cadena Ser understands that Endrick may once again spend time out on loan. AS Roma were interested but rebuffed over the summer, and the Italian side remain interested, as do Aston Villa in the Premier League. However, the Spanish publication also understands that a return to Lyon is also an option for Endrick, whose contract with Real Madrid runs until 2030. GFFN | Luke Entwistle
