Norwich City summer target changes agent signalling the chance for a January transfer away from Anderlecht Over the summer, Anderlecht striker Adriano Bertaccini looked set to leave Belgium. Norwich City were just one of a number of clubs said to be interested in the 26-year-old striker. The closest that Bertaccini got to a move away was with Servette, where a agreement between the player and club had been reached. However, as reported by VK , Anderlecht did not accept the loan option proposed by the Swiss side. However, Bertaccini now appears to have taken matters into his own hands. The former Sint Truiden striker has changed agents ahead of the January transfer window. The Belgian/Italian striker is the fourth choice striker at Anderlecht, a position he certainly does not want to be in. Norwich City and others, if still interested in the forward, could certainly come calling again in January if the striker remains without game time. Australian forward Mohamed Touré is currently top scorer for Norwich with five goals, but if he continues his good start to the season he may well be the subject of transfer speculation come January. Whether or not Norwich would return for Bertaccini is unknown, but the striker is likely to be open to a move to England to join up with Phillippe Clement, who remains a highly regarded coach in Belgian football. Outside of Norwich and Servette, other sides that were said to be interested in Bertaccini were his former club Sint Truiden, Hertha Berlin and Saint-Etienne. Again, they could return for another go in January, especially Sint Truiden if they are struggling for goals. However, a new agent for the striker may also open up new possibilities. This decision by Bertaccini does signal that he is keen to ensure he doesn’t stagnate at Anderlecht if he is unable to force his way back into the first team. GBeNeFN  |  Ben Jackson
