McTominay all clear for Napoli return after heart surgery Scott McTominay has received the all clear to resume work with Napoli and Scotland after his delicate heart surgery for a mild benign arrhythmia. The irregularity was spotted by Napoli medical staff thanks to the wearable tech that players use during both matches and training sessions. It was identified and the player decided to go ahead with a minor ablation operation that would resolve the arrhythmia.
