Juventus and Premier League clubs interested in Lorenzo Palmisani, confirms agent Serie A side Frosinone have been one of the stories of the ongoing campaign and they have shocked many already. This has led to several players garnering a lot of attention and one of them is star goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani, who has attracted interest from Juventus. The Italian has played every league game for Max Alvini’s side and that is naturally going to appeal to clubs, especially as Palmisani is only 22. The keeper’s agent Federico Pastorello spoke to Sportmediaset about his situation. He revealed that Juventus are indeed keeping an eye on the talent but Premier League competition is also rising. The agent said – via Calciomercato : “Is Palmisani a possibility for Juventus? Juve had an approach this summer, like many other foreign clubs and even in the Premier League. Juventus had a moment when they could have decided whether to sign him as a number 12 behind Vicario, which would have been an opportunity.” Pastorello also indicated that Juve might not be thhe best place for the player’s development, especially as he wants to play regularly. “But such a young and talented player needs to play… Let’s say Juventus is in the pool of possibilities, then we’ll see what happens.” Player has to accept back-up role Unless things go dramatically downhill, Guglielmo Vicario will be signed permanently by Juventus from Tottenham. This will deny Palmisani from being a regular first-choice, unless he gets loaned out to other clubs by the Bianconeri.
