Bayern Munich ace could stay put and sign an extension unless Real Madrid make a concrete move

Bayern Munich ace could stay put and sign an extension unless Real Madrid make a concrete move According to Sky Sports Germany , Real Madrid may have to make their interest in Michael Olise concrete if they want to prise the Frenchman away from Bayern Munich, with the German champions increasingly confident of keeping their attacking star. It is known that Bayern are working towards an early contract extension for Olise, whose current deal runs until 2029.  Initial discussions have taken place, but an agreement is not yet in sight, leaving Real Madrid with a potential opening if they decide to pursue the 24-year-old. Michael Olise to Real Madrid depends on a concrete offer Real Madrid have been linked with Olise for some time , but their admiration has yet to translate into a formal move.  Notably, the Spanish club held back during the summer, partly out of respect for their good relationship with Bayern. A move to Madrid is understood to appeal to the French international, but he remains comfortable in Munich and appreciates the opportunity Bayern have given him.  His interest in Los Blancos does not mean he is pushing for an immediate exit. Bayern Munich offer Olise a major contract incentive As per the outlet, Bayern are determined to protect one of their most important attacking players and want to negotiate an extension well before his existing contract expires. If signed, the new deal could make Olise one of the highest-paid players at the German club. Real Madrid admire Olise, but have not made a move. (Photo by Alex Grimm/Getty Images) There is, however, a key obstacle in the negotiations: Olise is seeking a release clause as part of any renewal.  His current contract contains no such clause, meaning Bayern would retain considerable control over any potential transfer if he signs an extension on similar terms. Simply put, if the parties fail to agree on a new contract, Bayern may have to consider a sale next summer rather than risk a less favourable situation later. Real Madrid therefore face a choice: turn their long-standing interest into a serious pursuit or risk seeing Bayern secure Olise’s future.  Unless the Spanish giants make a concrete approach, the current indications favour the winger remaining in Munich.
