Confirmed: Real Madrid squad list to face Villarreal | La Liga MD 8 With the international break now a thing of the past, Real Madrid are back in action in La Liga tomorrow as they host Villarreal at the Santiago Bernabeu in a Matchday 8 fixture. Ahead of the game, manager Jose Mourinho has now released the squad list of players available at his disposal to face the Yellow Submarine. And, the big news is that Kylian Mbappe and Ibrahima Konate, both of whom returned from the France camp with injuries, are fit and available for the game on Saturday night. Meanwhile, club captain Federico Valverde, who suffered an ankle injury against Atletico Madrid before the international break, is fit again and returns to the squad to face Villarreal. Raul Asencio, who underwent surgery to fix a broken tibia, misses out, along with Rodrygo Goes and Ferland Mendy, who are recovering from their own injury problems. Eder Militao has resumed group training over the past week but is still not ready to make a comeback to the squad. Fellow defender Dean Huijsen also misses out as he is suspended for the game after being sent off in the derby defeat against the Colchoneros.
