🚨Confirmed XIs: Schlotterbeck returns for Dortmund against Bremen The Westfalenstadion sets the stage for the Bundesliga's return this Friday (20:30 CET) as league leaders Borussia Dortmund host Werder Bremen. Niko Kovač's side aim to maintain their perfect record after four consecutive wins and three clean sheets, backed by a run stretching more than two decades without a home defeat on a Friday. Despite the confirmed absences of Emre Can and Filippo Mane, the 'Black and Yellows' are looking to maintain their dominance. Meanwhile, Daniel Thioune's Werder Bremen arrive with eight points after an epic 3-2 comeback win over Augsburg, spearheaded by Marco Grüll. However, the visitors head into the match with doubts hanging over them after a 7-0 defeat in a recent friendly against Twente, while also facing a severe injury crisis, with Agu, Stage, Lynen and Keke Topp among those sidelined.
