The former Manchester United midfielder was given two weeks of full rest before making his return to full training with Napoli during the international break. McTominay was brought off the bench after an hour during Napoli’s 3-0 victory over Frosinone in Serie A and has since taken to Instagram to send a message to the Partenopei supporters after his winning return to action. “I’m back & with a fresh desire,” wrote McTominay in a post on Sunday. “Lavora sempre,” he concluded.
