He was one of several players that were placed up for sale during the summer transfer window, but a solution for his exit was not found before the deadline. According to Monday’s reports from Matteo Moretto , Milan have recently sought to terminate Bondo’s contract, which runs until the summer of 2029, but an agreement was not reached. They will try again to move the 23-year-old during the January transfer window. Until then, Bondo is set to return to training with the first-team group at Milan, as is his right as a contracted first-team player, but will be unable to feature for the club in either Serie A or the Europa League.
