Incredible news! English sensation confirms he's coming back to Liverpool There's been an exciting update at Liverpool, an English sensation is on his way back. Andoni Iraola's time at Anfield has been off to a difficult start. It's been a very arduous beginning with Iraola having to grapple with the fact that not everyone of his wishes came true on the transfer front. The Spaniard wanted an extra midfielder after Curtis Jones departed, but none were forthcoming with Liverpool's recruitment team preferring to spend the money on Bradley Barcola instead before dithering on a move for Yankuba Minteh or Ismaila Sarr. The window's frustrations have been compiled by the languid start. Iraola's men are taking time to get to grips with his style of football and way of playing. This has led to disappointing results - and now injuries as well. Liverpool's current injury situation is worrying Alexander Isak, Dominik Szoboszlai and Cody Gakpo - who are three of Liverpool's top goal contribution providers this season all remain doubts for the game against Brentford at the weekend. This is compiled by the fact that there is yet no sign of a return for Giovanni Leoni. Conor Bradley and Hugo Ekitike of course also remain sidelined for the considerable future. Iraola can rejoice with the return of Federico Chiesa and Joe Gomez is also available for selection. But the reality is that there are slim pickings for him. Especially in midfield with Ryan Gravenberch also suspended. The chances are is that Trey Nyoni is going to have to be thrown in at the deep end. If Gravenberch and Szoboszlai both have to miss the game against Brentford, Iraola won't have any other choice. Good news, English sensation is coming back There is some good news on the way. Iraola is going to have a stronger cavalry soon. Even if Isak, Szoboszlai and Gakpo are unfit for the weekend, they are expected to be back soon. Leoni is very much on the verge of a comeback. And before we know it, it will be December and January which will increase the likelihood of Ekitike and Bradley being involved. But in the meantime there is someone else who is on the verge of a comeback as well. Joshua Abe missed the start of the season after spending much of pre-season with the first-team. Now he's posted a black and white image of himself on his Instagram stories with the hour glass caption, confirming that he will soon be returning to the Reds and returning to action. That is quite simply incredible news.
