Real Madrid appoint key figure from Super League project to lead business operations According to Jose Felix Diaz of AS , Real Madrid have appointed Bernd Reichart to lead the club’s business operations moving forward. The German executive will fill a position that had remained vacant at the Spanish club for some time.  Reichart will oversee several key areas, including the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, sponsorships and merchandising. He will report directly to Jose Angel Sanchez, Real Madrid’s general manager and senior executive, and one of Florentino Perez’s most trusted aides. One of the central figures in the Super League project is now moving away from that role to focus on the commercial development of Real Madrid.  However, the appointment alone does not confirm that a final agreement has been reached. For now, though, Reichart will be joining Real Madrid in an official capacity to lead the Spanish capital club’s business operations moving forward.
