Lyon predicted XI v OGC Nice: Tyler Morton to drop to bench

Lyon predicted XI v OGC Nice: Tyler Morton to drop to bench Tyler Morton is not expected to start for Olympique Lyonnais when they face OGC Nice on Sunday night. The Englishman has suffered from a pubalgia issue since the start of the campaign, it was revealed this week. It is an issue that requires management. Morton played in Lyon’s midweek win over Crystal Palace in the UEFA Europa League, but as he grapples with the pubalgia issue, he is not expected to start at the Groupama Stadium today. Instead, it is likely to be a midfield trio of Mads Bidstrup, Tanner Tessmann, and Noah Nartey. Morton isn’t the only first-team option expected to drop to the bench. Club captain Corentin Tolissio could do the same, as could Ernest Nuamah and goalkeeper Dominik Greif. Lois Openda is out for several weeks with an injury. Lyon likely line-up v Nice Rémy Descamps; Abner, Moussa Niakhaté, Clinton Mata, Zachary Athekame; Noah Nartey, Tanner Tessmann, Mads Bidstrup; Julien Duranville, Pavel Sulc, Kail Boudache.
