Angulo, Fofana And O’Nien To Start | 4-2-3-1 Sunderland Predicted Lineup Vs Lech Poznan Sunderland will clash heads with Lech Poznan at the Poznan Stadium this Thursday evening as they look to secure a good result on the road in the UEFA Europa League. The Black Cats suffered a tough 2-0 loss away at Bournemouth recently, so they would be eager to put in a much-improved showing in midweek. Regis Le Bris will set his side up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first XI for this game. Nilson Angulo, Malick Fofana and Luke O’Nien could all play from the start of this clash. 4-2-3-1 Sunderland Predicted Lineup To Face Lech Poznan Defence Robin Roefs will feature in between the sticks for the Black Cats after conceding two goals in his last outing. Luke O’Nien will operate alongside Kevin Danso at the heart of the Sunderland backline as they look to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes. Trai Hume will fill in as the right-back, while Daniel Methalie looks to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to go forward and express themselves inside the Lech Poznan half. Nordi Mukiele and Omar Alderete will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench. The talented trio of Malick Fofana, Nilson Angulo and Chris Rigg will operate just ahead of them as part of Le Bris’ attack. All three of them need to be at the top of their game if the Black Cats are to secure a good result away from home this Thursday evening. Habib Diarra and Chemsdine Talbi will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if required. Timur Tutyerov will once again lead the line for Sunderland up top. He has to find a way to be a constant menace in and around the opponent’s penalty box. Wilson Isidor will be in a race against time to be fit for this game.
