Eberechi Eze goes from Arsenal's zero to hero in Munich 📈 Arsenal are going toe-to-toe with Bayern Munich in their latest Champions League showdown but the visitors suffered an early setback in the Allianz Arena. Bukayo Saka's involvement for the reigning English champions lasted barely nine minutes as the England man had to be substituted after suffering a no-contract injury. His replacement Eberechi Eze is well versed on frustrating withdrawals after he was unceremoniously hooked during last weekend's cagey win over Nottingham Forest. Mikel Arteta described the winger's half-time sub at the City Ground as 'extremely difficult' but he has since been repaid in a follow-up appearance in Bavaria. It took Eze just 15 minutes to put the Gunners ahead after taking Saka's place to rack up two goals in his previous three games from all competitions for the visitors. The lead lasted all of ten minutes as Alphonso Davies drew Bayern level from a defence-splitting pass from Harry Kane against his former Tottenham adversaries. But it didn't take away from Eze's transformation from Arsenal's zero to hero.
