Liverpool already have the next Ballon d'Or winner

Liverpool already have the next Ballon d'Or winner Liverpool have already signed the next Ballon d'Or winner, and he's special. Everyone is celebrating Harry Kane at the moment. Rightfully so, he is the best player on the planet right now. Having been crowned with football's most prestigious award, Kane has put his name down in history. The award is well-deserved for the Bayern Munich forward. Kane has set incredible heights with his prolific goal-scoring over the course of the entire year. He has absolutely been instrumental in Bayern's success. Not to mention he performed very well at the World Cup as well leading England to another semi-final. There were other players who perhaps thought they might have been worthy of the title. Kylian Mbappe had another good season as usual, and Lamine Yamal was superb for Barcelona. But this year is Kane's and next year won't be Yamal's or Mbappe's either. The Ballon d'Or is changing and here's why For a long time, there was a hegemony in world football. Most of our generation were lucky to witness the supremacy of the Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi era. Everyone will have their personal opinion of who was the better player out of the two. However, objectively speaking there is no denying both were the two best players on the planet. No one even came close to their achievements. It felt at times as if they were superhuman. But things are different now. Ronaldo and Messi while still active players are no longer in their prime and the footballing landscape has shifted. The Ballon d'Or is changing as a result. It's now there for the taking. Players like Ousmane Dembele, Harry Kane and Rodri have proven it. Florian Wirtz will be the next Ballon d'Or winner Yes, you heard that right. We are backing the German to win it next year. Why? Because we are backing Andoni Iraola's side to go all the way both in the Premier League and the Champions League this season. With Man City's alleged charges looming in the air, the league is there for the taking. Meanwhile, Liverpool have already demonstrated they can be a huge threat in Europe. And the key to the Reds' success will be Wirtz. Liverpool signed him with high hopes and while he hasn't lived up to those hopes yet, he is starting to. His last four games have been brilliant and they have played a key role in catapulting Liverpool to success. If he maintains that kind of form, he will be performing at Bayer Leverkusen levels and if he does that and Liverpool win two major trophies - well then he's the obvious choice for the Ballon d'Or. That's why we are backing the next Ballon d'Or winner to be someone Liverpool have already signed. Wirtz, it's your time to shine.
