I encourage him to carry on doing things the same way – to be humble and ambitious, because it’s important to be ambitious. Let him carry on doing what he’s doing.” But however good he may be, Doué remains a player in the spotlight. This is a factor that Enrique must inevitably take into account in the way he manages his young prodigy. “For a player of his technical ability and at his age, the hardest thing is dealing with the hype surrounding him,” explained the Asturian.
