2 Liverpool players could return from injury vs Arsenal Andoni Iraola has confirmed that Dominik Szoboszlai and Victor Munoz are in contention to return from injury against Arsenal, but four other Liverpool players have been ruled out. But it looks as though Liverpool will be fielding close to their best team, with injury doubts Dominik Szoboszlai and Victor Munoz both having a chance to feature, according to their manager. “I think Szoboszlai and Munoz have a chance but we still have two days,” Andoni Iraola said on Friday. “I think they have a chance, yes.” Photo by Steve Bardens/Getty Images Liverpool will be without backup striker Hugo Ekitike and young defender Giovanni Leoni , who are both expected to be out until the new year. The team will also be missing Conor Bradley , who is still absent with the ACL injury he suffered against Arsenal last season. The only other confirmed absentee is Jeremie Frimpong , who is unlikely to feature for Liverpool before the international break. Loan defender Ronald Araujo will likely keep filling in on the right, as he’s had to do eight times already this season. Photo by Ryan Pierse/Getty Images
