Moreira on best game ‘so far’ for Milan, while Pulisic is lucky charm against Inter Diego Moreira admits this was his best Milan performance ‘for now’ after a goal and two assists, while Christian Pulisic jokes about his incredible record against Inter. The Derby della Madonnina was dominated by the Rossoneri, who surged into a 2-0 lead in the opening 10 minutes thanks to the Pulisic header and Adrien Rabiot strike, both on assists from Diego Moreira. The Belgium international secured his Man of the Match status by getting on the scoresheet with a viciously dipping free kick in the 3-1 victory. (Photo by Marco Luzzani/Getty Images) This was the first Derby della Madonnina for Diego Moreira, but Pulisic is now an old hand at this fixture and opened the scoring within four minutes. “We started very strong with intensity, physicality, scored two goals and then the third before half-time. This victory is very important for us,” Pulisic told Sky Sport Italia. The American has scored in four editions of the derby and Milan won all of them, so is he their lucky charm? “I want to continue scoring goals in the derby, so that way we’ll win! These are three very important points, but we’ve got to find this consistency to play like this all the time. In the big games, it’s not a surprise that we do well.”
